What is your procedure during Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19)?

We limit face-to-face contact with our clients to reduce the spread of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19). We do this by practicing social/physical distancing: Staying at least 6 feet (about 2 arms’ length) from our clients.

-We will call or text once we are within 30 minutes of your location.

- A solid virtual hand-shake and a smile is shared and we discuss your service and build friendship/trust.

- Vehicle is washed, detailed and cared for.

- We will call or text to notify your vehicle(s) service is complete. At this time the client can do a walk around and a solid virtual hand-shake and a smile is shared.

- If customer has not prepaid we can collect CC payment on-site or send invoice via email.

How do you protect me from Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19)?

Our staff are required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE);

  • Facemask
  • Gloves
  • Eye Protection

Do I need to give the detailer access to water or electricity?

No, our detailer's will arrive at your location fully-equipped with all the supplies they need to ensure that your car is spotless.

There are times were if available and authorized by you a water source is better. Power is always a plus due to noise of our generator. Our detailer's will ask your preference.

Is my vehicle an SUV?

Do I need to be present before, during or after the service?

No, If you choose not to be present, please ensure the detailer can easily find your car by filling out all required information when placing the booking. You can also add specific instructions/comments for the detailer when booking. We do recommend to check the car after to ensure you're satisfied with the end result! A before and after photo will be text and or emailed to you within 24 hours.

What if the weather is bad?

If the temperature is below 47 degrees, raining or snowing cancellation is required and appointments rescheduled.

What if I have more than one car?

No problem. Send us a message so we can open up a back-to-back service window. Please let us know package type.

Can I cancel and book for another day?

Absolutely. Book for the same day or days in advance! We will do our best to adapt to your schedule. Please cancel within 24hrs.

Do you provide recurring services?

Yes, we do! Place an initial booking and let us now the frequency, day, time, and add any additional services you may want. You will be billed after each service is completed. A discount of 10% will be applied if "once a week" frequency is requested. (Your "recurring service" will be "locked-in" our booking system)

How will we access the car?

The detailer will text and or call you to inform you they are at your location. You can let the detaile'r know where the car is located or show him/her to the vehicle. You also have an option of leaving instructions when placing the booking.
